if you can gift customers on their birthdays, gift them special days. There's one thing customers don't joke with. Even me I don't joke with it. Even you don't joke with it. Customers like it when you pamper them. Even if that customer give you headache. But when you that's why when all these banks are sending you some people don't that banks send to them. They will even post it on their status. Access Bank wish me happy birthday. I feel so loved. That's basic human psychology. People feel special when appreciated. So one of the things you are as customers are coming, ensure that you get their special days. Maybe they're coming in, you can ask them when is your wedding day, when is your wedding anniversary, when is your birthday. It's not like you're trying to intrude, you tell them that we offer so and so, we offer so and so on such days, we give you discount this and that. People will be interested. So you get their and on their special days, go all out for them. If you can get the graphic design, put them in it, appreciate them. If you can package a little gift, customers don't joke with gift. Even the Bible says the gift of a man maketh way for him. If you gift customers, gift them on their birthdays, gift them serious customers. You don't just give customers that just come and no give customers that keep coming back again and again. Remember very don't joke with that right. So on their special days, appreciate them. Their wedding anniversaries, turn up surprise them. See it means a lot to customers. Oh showing up for them means a lot. But don't do it for everybody. It's not possible. There's so much pick out customers that you. If this person stay in my business for a long time, we will add a lot of profit to see. That's what I told you LTV. Any customer that can give you the LTV, don't joke with special days for them. But your generic customers, you can be sending them, you know, happy birthdays, we wish you long, do design for them, just simple stuff, just make them feel appreciated, make them feel loved.
