like your business should have an evangelism unit that people are going out in waves, that's what Moniepoint did. Moniepoint was not reaching out to em POS agents, they were not reaching out to them online. They were going to the places, going into the market. There are only 4 ways to get customers. And A is not AI. No, AI will not get you more customers. The aim of AI is to make your work easier. Getting customers here has to be you sitting down and doing the work. These are the four ways. Number 1, Warm outreach. Warm outreach basically involves reaching out to people in your contact list already. And when I don't send them your product and say, buy from me. I have this so and so. Please come and buy. Don't be out begging. That's not warm. Warm outreach is showing them the outcome your product generates, not the benefit or the features of the product. The outcome. So when you're reaching out, you don't reach out based on this is what I can do, can do for you. Secondly, content. Content, content is one of the most important thing business owners should be creating. Now, most business owners, both product and service business owners, you people just post you doing your work or that product. That's not enough. When I'm talking about content, I'm talking about educational content, and not just educational content because we're in the age of AI, people can learn very fast. I'm talking about very, very specific educational content. For example, your ideal customer might be a 60-year-old man. When you are doing content, you are targeting that particular audience, not just generic content. Number three, cold outreach. Now, the thing with cold outreach is you have to be very, very careful. Cold outreach basically involves you reaching out to strangers who don't know about your business at all. If you're a business owner in Nigeria, don't do cold outreach online alone. Do cold outreach physically. We need more people going out into the street. Like your business should have an evangelism unit, that people are going out in waves. That's what Moniepoint did. Moniepoint was not reaching out to em POS agents. It was not reaching out to them online. They were going to the places, going into the market. We need more people taking that kind of approach. When you have an outcome, really, really good package. Gather your people together, do customize this. Everybody flush into the market. Enter there, you can create content from that. You can get more customers from that. Lucky, you might find someone that wants to pay a lot of money for your product or for your service. So we need to go out there, not just to reach out to people online and do inshallah. Finally, ads. You know, you need to understand there are people that will need, but they've not seen it yet. Now, the mistake most people are making, they're not creating content, but they're doing ads. What you should do is, you should pair content and ads together. The content that goes out that does, you promote that content or you run ads on that content. People just create different content and they push it and hope that things are going to work. No. You first, you first be consistent with posting content. Then, then anyone that does well, maybe 1,000 views, 2,000 views, you now run ads because people accept or else you just keep burning money.
