Why it worked

The video likely worked due to its visually appealing and satisfying process of creating a unique sourdough bread with a cinnamon butter filling. The "food porn" aspect of seeing the ingredients combined and the anticipation of the final product can drive engagement.

Summary

The video shows a slab of cinnamon butter being placed inside a sourdough dough. The dough is then shaped around the cinnamon butter and prepared to rest in the fridge overnight. The text indicates it's "Bake day tomorrow."

Structure

1Placing cinnamon butter slab on parchment paper
2Placing slab inside sourdough dough
3Shaping dough around cinnamon butter
4Tucking in the dough
5Preparing dough to rest in fridge overnight
6Placing dough in a proofing basket

brown butter cinnamon sugar slab smelled so good i almost ate it as is 😋 instead of spreading it soft, i chilled it into a firm slab, enclosed it whole into the dough during shaping and rolled it into a log for the swirl. comment if you'd also 100% eat this slab raw before it even made it into the dough 😅 #sourdoughbread #bakewithmii #sourdoughshaping #cinnamonsourdough #cinnamonrolls
