slab sourdough series ep4 🧄🌿 roasted garlic herb butter slab sourdough roasted garlic cloves, chives and parsley mixed into softened butter, then turned into a buttery slab, rolled into the sourdough. maybe just spreading garlic butter on after baking would be way easier. sometimes i genuinely ask myself why i make things harder for myself 😂 but where's the fun in just spreading garlic butter on a piece of bread? do you like the easy way? or the hard way like me? 😅 #sourdoughinclusions #bakewithmii #sourdoughshaping #garlicbuttersourdough #garlicbutter
