garlic herb butter slab sourdough part 2 🧄🧈 some of the garlic and green onion bits peeking out got a little toasty and brown in the oven. but definitely doesn't taste bitter and burnt. the loaf tastes amazing. crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside. honestly, this might be my favourite inclusion in sourdough so far 😋 i already know people are going to say i burnt it, again 😂 but it genuinely doesn't taste burnt at all, it just gives the bread more flavour. I'd say no colour, no flavour.
