apple cinnamon butter slab sourdough 🍏🍂 i caramelised apples with cinnamon, sugar, butter and a bit of lemon juice, then plopped that straight on top of the cinnamon butter slab and chilled until firm. the slab ended up so thick i genuinely thought the dough wasn't going to hold 😅 rolled it up anyway and just hoped for the best send this to the friend who always overfills everything, like me 😬 #bakewithmii #sourdoughshaping #cinnamonsourdough #applecinnamon #sourdoughinclusions
