If you want to get rich in 2026, you have to focus on learning high value skills. What even is a high value skill? The only people I see using this term are the people who are trying to sell you get rich quick schemes. Copywriting, day trading, high ticket sales, AI automation, forex, crypto, white labeled SAS. Of course, no degree required, can be learned quickly as long as you buy their course. These are not high value skills. Anyone can learn copywriting and AI is getting pretty good at it. You will not have an edge as a retail trader in day trading or crypto or forex. White labeled SAS or dropshipping are at best temporary arbitrage that are already arbed out. In reality, a high value skill has one or more of these qualities. Number one is that it is rare. If anybody can do it, then the market price of that skill will go down. Number two is that the skill requires investment of time and or money. You can't wake up on Monday morning and decide to become a doctor or a lawyer. You have to get in and succeed at undergrad, grad school, and beyond. Number three is that the skill is actually in demand. Very few people could solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Doesn't mean you're gonna make a killing off of it. Now, if you have the intersection of all these qualities, that is a truly high value skill. A great example would be a foundational AI researcher at one of the top labs. They're incredibly in demand. They have spent many years in education, most of them have PhDs in this specific discipline of mathematics and of course, there are not that many of them to go around. They're incredibly in demand.
