Stop training your legs like they’re separate from your core. 👀🔥 These 4 exercises build stronger legs and glutes while improving core stability, breathing mechanics, and pelvic floor function. 1️⃣ Front Squats Shift most of your weight onto one leg while the opposite foot stays up on the toes. Slightly lean toward the working side and breathe without losing your brace. This challenges single-leg stability and teaches your core to stay strong under load. 2️⃣ Vertical Leg Press Lower your knees toward your chest as far as your mobility allows without letting your pelvis tip into excessive anterior or posterior tilt. Control the entire range instead of chasing depth. 3️⃣ Stiff-Leg Deadlift Brace your core before every rep. Keep your hips high and let the bar travel close to your legs from start to finish. Your hamstrings and glutes should do the work—not your lower back. 4️⃣ Adductor Machine Forget making eye contact… focus on your breathing. 😂 ✨ Inhale as your legs open and allow your pelvic floor to relax. ✨ Exhale as you squeeze your legs together, lift your pelvic floor, and engage your lower abs. Your TFLs should stay quiet while your adductors take over. Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier—it’s about moving better. When your breathing, core, and lower body work together, everything gets stronger. 💪 #LegDay #GluteWorkout #CoreTraining #PelvicFloor #StrengthTraining
