That end-of-day BRA OFF feeling? 😮💨✨ TRY THIS. If your pelvic floor feels heavy, tight, or like it’s been working overtime all day, this can be a GAME-CHANGER. 👇🏼 Your pelvic floor is part of the support system that helps manage pressure and support the contents of your pelvis — and YES, those muscles need recovery too. 🫶🏼 When you gently invert, gravity changes the pressure and load your pelvic floor is experiencing. For some women, that can create a temporary feeling of relief or “lifting.” ✨ And here’s where it gets even better: 🫁 Pair it with 360° breathing 🩷 Allow the pelvic floor to RELAX instead of constantly squeezing 🫁 Encourage expansion through the rib cage 🔄 Give your entire pressure system a chance to reset That “lifting” sensation you feel doesn’t necessarily mean your pelvic floor is suddenly getting stronger — it may simply be that you’re changing the pressure and load on the area. And remember: tight ≠ strong. A pelvic floor can be overactive AND still lack the strength and coordination it needs. Try this as a few minutes of recovery at the end of your day and pay attention to how your body responds. ✨ 💬 #pelvicfloor #pelvicfloorexercises #postpartumfitness #postpartumrecovery #womenshealth
