🚨 YOUR RIB CAGE MIGHT BE THE MISSING PIECE OF YOUR CORE. And most women are completely ignoring it. 👀 Your diaphragm lives inside your rib cage. Your abs attach to your ribs. And the position + mobility of your rib cage can dramatically influence how well you breathe, manage pressure, and actually use your abs. Even how your belly looks throughout the day. 👀 If your ribs are constantly flared forward, backward, or laterally, simply doing MORE ab exercises isn’t necessarily the answer. You can’t just keep hammering your abs and expect them to magically work better. 🔥 FIRST, we need a rib cage that can: ✅ Move well ✅ Expand and contract ✅ Stack more efficiently over the pelvis ✅ Allow your diaphragm and abdominal muscles to work together THEN… we progressively OVERLOAD the core. 💪🏼 That’s exactly what I’m doing here. I’ve continued progressing the exercises that helped me go from a 36” → 32” band size while rebuilding the strongest, most functional core I’ve ever had — even while working through an almost 3-finger-wide functional diastasis. And we’re training WAY more than just the “six-pack.” 👇🏼 🫁 Diaphragm 🦴 Internal + external intercostals 🔥 Serratus anterior 💪🏼 Transverse abdominis ↔️ Internal + external obliques ⬇️ Pelvic floor THIS is what I mean when I say: TRAIN THE ENTIRE CORE UNIT. 🔥 Your core isn’t just a six-pack. It’s a pressure-management system that works every time you breathe, move, lift, run, or train. Stop only training the muscles you can see. Start training the system that makes ALL of them work together. 🧠💪🏼 #RibFlare #CoreTraining #CoreExercises #AbsWorkout #PelvicFloor @finish ticket
