DON'T ORDER CLICK & COLLECT FROM UNIQLO

UNIQLO I have a huge boned pick with you last night I ordered this jacket last night and I did click and collect to pick up from my local store because I wanted to use my shop back I wanted to use a discount code and I knew that they were in stock in my local store because I had tried them on that afternoon in store and I knew that there was at least 10 of them in stock so I thought click and collect cool can use my discount code and I can go pick it up don't need to wait a week for delivery and I can wear it to the event that I'm going to tonight apparently fucking not I checked my email this morning expecting it to be ready to pick up because it's one thing they probably did it when they opened and that usually how a click and collect situation goes like I literally just did something else from Maya and that's exactly how it happened and I go and check the email and it says ETA the 14th of August today is the 9th of August why the fuck is a click and collect taking a whole week a click and collect should not take the amount of time that a delivery would have taken the purpose of a click and collect is so I can go and get it right now from my store and it's reserved there for me so it does not replace delivery especially when the delivery was free anyway so I've gone into store to the lovely girl at the counter and said is there any way that this order can just be completed because I know that they're on the shelf and I know that they're in stock and she goes no because all click and collect orders get shipped to Melbourne first and then they go to our store and then you can only have that one because as a specific serial number that is allocated to it so I either have to buy another one to wear today and then wait for the other one to come into refund it because you can't edit the order once it's been half an hour or wait the week and then come back again and waste my fuel again to come and pick up the order that I could have had a week ago this is the stupidest way to run a business why the fuck are you doing that apparently they do have a pick up today option which is a separate part of their website that isn't part of your cart it's only on the actual product listing page only and you have to pick that one if you want to click and collect today why the fuck would I do that at 11 PM on a Saturday night I would pick click and collect wouldn't I also what if I wanted to buy multiples things what happens then I'm just absolutely baffled by this being your process and I'm pre pissed off that I can't have my fucking jacket right now
