First time buyers everywhere: absolutely, understood. Also first time buyers approximately seven minutes after the viewing: my loooooove… 🎶😭🏡 It’s genuinely one of the hardest parts of buying a house in the UK. You’re supposed to make a sensible financial decision while walking around a property imagining your furniture in the living room, Christmas in the kitchen, what colour you’d paint the bedroom and what your life might look like if this became your home. Then your offer gets accepted and the emotional attachment goes up another 700%.
