PLYOMETRIC TRAINING ⚡️ I just launched a 10-week performance program built around plyometrics, strength, and movement education on my app, If you want to join, here’s what you’ll do: Phase 1: Learn the feet & floor 🩰 Phase 2: Learn to organize & land🫧 Phase 3: Learn to leave the ground🐰 Phase 4: Learn to express force⏱️ Phase 5: Learn to react & adapt⚡️ Plyometric training in this context is wayyyy more than jumping. All these “athletic” movements begin before your foot touches the ground. The physical body is constantly preparing for what’s about to happen (muscles / tendons / etc). Once you make contact, your body has to accept force, organize itself, store energy & then redirect it into the next movement. That’s what this program is really about. We’ll start with the feet, gradually connect the hips, trunk, spine, and upper body, and eventually learn to express force and react in more dynamic athletic environments. It was also really important to me that the program be practical enough to do in a regular gym setting (so you don’t need a large turf or field). This limited the variations that would be used, but forced me to be more strategic with the exercises. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Each week gives you 3 complete gym sessions + 1 optional recovery session, covering everything from movement prep and plyometrics to strength, mobility, and recovery. WHO IS THIS FOR?: Lifters. Runners. Athletes. Former athletes. Coaches. People returning to plyometrics after time away. Or anyone who simply wants to move and feel more athletic. And a huge reminder / thought: starting w the fundamentals does not mean you’re a beginner. We’re building the physiological qualities and movement skills that everything else sits on top of. You can be advanced and still run through this. Thanks for trusting me with your training. ❤️ #plyometrics #beginnerplyometrics #performancetraining #sportscience #performancecoach
