I really wanna buy but it's just too expensive. Okay, yeah, I totally get that. Um, what if we do a payment plan or lower the price? Oh my god, that physically makes me ill to think that you think that just because they said I don't have the money means that they don't have the money, but they really do have the money. They're just saying that because they don't see the pain of staying the same in how expensive this problem is going to be over long period of time. They just think that leaving the call right then and there means that they get out Scott free and they just stay neutral when in fact that is not the case. So you need to show them that which means you say something like this. That was a lot. The way that we actually handle this objection is a four step framework A A A R that's how we handle every single objection over here. Agree, ask, answer, reclose. I totally hear you, but when you say it's too expensive, like compared to what? The price is what you pay today, the one time investment of this, or the cost of X Y Z result, but the cost is something that not a lot of people actually materialize. So are you cool if I kind of break that down for you? And now you break down the opportunity cost of them staying the same. So you want to quantify the loss that they will incur every month that they keep having to deal with this problem. If it's your closer for a fitness offer, show them how much weight they're going to be gaining on average per month by not getting in shape. If it's, hey, I want to start this business and I really think that I can make 20k a month with this business, but there's a server making 4k a month. The opportunity cost would be $16,000 of opportunity cost that they have to eat every month that they don't start that company. And then the reclose is simply just taking whatever you said, wrapping it in a bow and putting it right back towards a deal. And are we doing this or not? The reclose that I would use would be a binary. It would be so what cost do you think you would be more comfortable paying today? The one time investment of this or the cost of X Y Z over a longer period of time? Because my job's not to force you into anything that's not what I do, that's not how I roll. But my job is to show you that, you know, there's no neutrality there is a cost involved in either decision. Which one are you more comfortable to pay today? And which one do you think is more expensive in the long run? Because my job's not to force you into anything that's not what I do, that's not how I roll. But my job is to show you that, you know, there's no neutrality there is a cost involved in either decision. Which one are you more comfortable to pay today? And which one do you think is more expensive in the long run?
