If you want to look at Chick-fil-A, do you think they're a culture of accountability? Abso-freaking-lutely. I can guarantee you they are very strict, create a support, guess what? You. We're gonna train you, we're gonna lead you in a really, we're gonna give you s- really, really, really good structure. We're gonna show up every single, we're gonna support, but you're also gonna expect to be doing what we trained you to do, period. No excuses. Someone comes in late, "Oh my gosh, you're not gonna, I couldn't call, I couldn't call, and I'm 45 minutes late because I locked my keys and my cell phone in the car, and I had to walk crazy, right?" That is crazy. I still have to hold you accountable. But since this circumstance, this never happens again, if you never lock your key and your phone in your ca- car again, we're good. But, but I still gotta hold you accountable just in case these and then we gotta, you know, a different conversation. You can't be Mr. Enforcer. It has to be everybody. Someone comes in late, you're gonna held accountable. Doesn't matter if I see you slip, s- see you do something that's out of the standard, you come in out of uniform, be addressed by anybody in the building, not just you, anybody in the building. Same with back of the house. It can't be bad cop. It can't be sous chef versus executive chef. It can't be, "Oh, the lead's here, substitute teachers here. I'm not gonna worry about it." Right? I can slack off today. It can't be mom and dad. It has to be aligned. It has to be aligned accountability.
