But to me, the joke doesn't really work because the gloves aren't designed to work through dry clothes. They will work through wet clothes. So if we were living in a universe where an ICE officer was a cowardly type of individual, the kind of person who would piss himself at the slightest provocation and then go to scratch himself, then the joke would make sense.
