Bake the Potatoes: Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil and sea salt, then wrap securely in foil. Air fry at 200°C for 35–50 minutes, turning halfway. Remove the foil and air fry for another 10 minutes until the skins are super crispy. 2. Prep the Toppings: Air fry or grill the sausages until golden and caramelised, then slice. Cook or blanch the peas for 1–2 minutes, then drain. 3. Fluff & Mash: Cut a cross in the top of each potato. Carefully fluff the inside with a fork and mix in the butter, cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth. 4. Assemble & Serve: Top each potato with the sliced sausages, sweet peas, and plenty of warm onion gravy. Finish with crispy fried onions and enjoy while piping hot! Club Tip: Every air fryer heats a little differently, so adjust the baking time depending on the size of your potatoes! Make sure the mash is super creamy before loading on the gravy.
