Last year I lost 90 lbs , paid off $60k of debt , & stopped people pleasing ... here's how it changed me

If you're new here and I'm Ashley and over the last couple years I have lost 90 pounds I have paid off over $60,000 of debt and I stopped people pleasing which honestly reshaped just about every relationship in my life and somewhere in the middle of that I became super super passionate about helping women typically women over 30 navigate that messy middle season where you've outgrown your old life but you're not quite sure how to step into your new life so around here we talk about generating more income building empires and leaving legacies for our family paying off debt getting financially free and becoming more financially literate building stronger bodies and not to be skinny but to be genuinely strong and we talk about friendships and relationships and how to stop settling for less and how to stop people pleasing relationships that honestly just no longer feed you basically we're here rebuilding our lives physically financially spiritually every way you can imagine so if you are a woman over 30 and you are just in a space where you're like this next year is going to look very different from every year before stay a while we've got a lot of rebuilding to do
