Forward head posture isn’t always just a neck problem. Your upper back and shoulder position can play a major role in where your head sits. As the upper back becomes more rounded, the shoulders can drift forward and the head often follows—creating more strain through the neck and upper body. The goal isn’t to simply force your head back.
