The moment you embrace, this, your life changes... The moment you embrace this, your life changes. You cannot control what other people say or do. Now, intellectually you know that. But sometimes your feelings don't act that way. And you let your emotions get in the way of what you should know. Up here you could barely control what your children said or did at any given moment. What makes you think you're gonna control another adult? So look at life like a comedy show in terms of other people's actions. Because they say some interesting things. But you shouldn't be responding to them. Cause you can't control what comes out of their mouth. So remember, when you start allowing yourself to react to other people's drama, you're giving away your life power. Don't do that. It is your life energy, you don't wanna give it away. So stop responding, stop reacting, leave them alone. Just let the comedy show play out. But meanwhile, because you know better, you keep your cool. You can always keep your cool. Cause here's what's true. Everything that happens in life is neutral. 100% neutral. It all depends on how you're going to choose to react to it. How are you going to respond?
