Learn how to not be mad at people for not being who you need them to be. One of the hardest lessons to learn in life is that people can only give you what they have and who they are. Some people will never accept responsibility for their actions because they've never been taught. Some people will never apologise because they don't know what that feels like. They don't know how to accept that they're wrong. Some people can't communicate properly cause they've never been taught. So when you understand who people are because they've shown you repeatedly, but you keep losing your peace over it, asking questions like, why can't they be more, more considerate? Why do they always have to go there? I don't understand them. Yes, you do understand them, because they've shown you over and over and over again who they are. The challenge is you want them to be somebody different. And my beloved, they just can't be that. This is who they are. So the key is you have to learn to accept how to make peace with that. Move on and find someone else. Maybe limit your time around this person. When they go to their explosive nature or whatever their behaviour is, say, uh, oh, I've seen this, here we go again. But you cannot let it keep affecting your peace because you're the one who's getting the stressed out response. You're the one who's getting the cortisol drip in your system. You're the one whose cardiovascular system and overall health is being ruined. So please, accept people for who they are. Limit your time around them if you need to, but stop trying to change them. And stop trying to ask, why can't they be different? That's who they are. I love you.
