🔥 Target Fire Under Investigation in Yakima - 8/17/26 A scanner call brought crews to the Target in Yakima after reports that the building was on fire. 🚒 Fire crews responded quickly and were able to get the fire under control. According to management, the fire was suspected to be arson, but security footage could not be reviewed until the morning. From what could be seen afterward, only a few shopping carts appeared to have burned. There was also a long streak of smoke visible along the exterior wall of the Target.
