Morning Wellness Routine ~ luteal phase ~

Transcript

Good morning. I am definitely in the thick of my luteal phase. I hope I get my period soon. I have PCOS so I don't know when I actually get it. But let's do a morning routine that makes me feel better. I'm getting overwhelmed with the space. So let's clean it. You guys know what time it is. Just grating some ginger. And a green juice. And probiotic. I'm not feeling too good mentally and physically. So I think I'm gonna try working from the couch until I need to film. Hi. Did you love your breakfast?
