Well if the difference wasn't painfully obvious or clear to you before, I'm sure now it is. And I'll be completely honest, I actually tried recording something similar just to prove my point. To show you the difference between plates moving and plates not moving. And I just couldn't do it. After I recorded myself, I realized every single rep looks the same and plates are still moving. So does that mean the "street lifting dips" is harder or did it make me respect it a little bit more? No, it just means I'm motorically too clown to do it. Because I've never done it before. On a more important note, can we take a moment to appreciate with what ease this guy's fucking around, toying around with 100 kilos attached to his waist. He's basically manipulating the technique however the fuck he wants throughout the set. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are guys out there who can rep out 100 kilos attached to their waist, but just casually choosing how each one of those reps is going to look like. Well, that's an entirely different story. Yeah, strong AF anyways. If you know this guy's Instagram or TikTok page, drop it in the comments so I can give him the credit. In any case, that's a neat way to prove the point, both general point and my point. Obviously, the main reason why I responded to this video.
