ever since i had soy crab in seoul this year i’ve been thinking about it.. couldn’t expect to find it in london!!! ma eum’s a restaurant i’ve saved for years and their signature dish is the soy crab!! tbh i was a little hesitant to try initially, so i ordered the soy crab bibimbap instead but THAT WAS SO GOOD!! the marination’s so nicely done and it did magic when mixed together with the fish roe and seaweed, literally gulped it in 5 mins! we also ordered: - snow cheese fried chicken - LA galbi bbq - cold noodles - soda & yuzu tea we will definitely come back for the soy crab next time, and probably the jjigae too cause they look so delishhh!! thank you for having me @maeumrestaurant !! #londonkoreanfood #maeum #londonkorean #londonsoycrab #soycrab
