🇬🇷 EAT MORE GREEK Day 31 - Krema / κρέμα… Greeks and custard is a love so deep that I can’t think of a better representation of simple greek pudding. Krema or greek custard gets added to so many different greek dessert recipes, all with slight changes to create different textures. Galataktoboureko has semolina to help set in the oven, nougats filling is thick but loose enough to fall out when bit into, whilst this krema recipe comes straight from my Kok recipe where it’s jiggly and scoop-able and does the setting in the fridge. It’s so delicious, addictive and stopping at a few spoons is borderline impossible.
