Choose the cheapest thickened cream (also keep an eye out if any on sale or are marked down because close to expiry), throw it in a stand mixer and then push all the liquid. Honestly anyone can do this. If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can shake or manually whisk, but I wouldn’t wish that upon my worst enemy.
