Here are some of my favourite quick and easy meals. No processed food here! These are the kind of meals that you need to eat if you want to get slim, get your energy back and keep you full all day. 2-ingredient pancakes - Mash the banana in a bowl THEN add the egg and protein powder. Give it a mix. Heat frying pan with a bit of oil or butter and drop a small amount of the mix into a pan. Cook both sides. Add yogurt and berries on top 😊 Every know how to scramble eggs - add avocado and berries. Cook chicken how you like it, add steamed broccoli and mashed sweet potato. All delicious, high in protein, so easy to make and your family will love them too ❤️
