One of my tenants just told me that she had a major water leak under her kitchen sink and that had been going on for over six months. I wish I was exaggerating. So once or twice a year I do what I refer to as a quality check. This is basically just me getting access into the house to check the furnace and make sure that everything's going okay. And this time before I left, I asked my tenant if anything needed my attention. And she goes, well, the water from the kitchen sink won't get hot. It sounds like you might be dealing with an issue related to your hot water supply in the kitchen sink. This could be due to a few reasons, such as a problem with the water heater, a clogged pipe, or a faulty faucet. And I was like, how little are we talking here? You guys, the drain trap was not even connected to the sink. There was literally a one inch gap between the two. And when I found out that TurboTenant was launching a new maintenance AI feature, I was pretty excited about it. Instead of a tenant wondering, is this something worth bothering my landlord about? They can submit the issue through TurboTenant and Maintenance AI will help troubleshoot it. They can upload pictures of exactly what's going on and the AI system will even ask them follow-up questions. It will basically try to help them fix simple things like this on their own. But then I also know what's going on and I can send somebody there if I need to as well. But I'm just curious what you guys think. If you had water leaking under your sink for a while, would you report it to your landlord? Would you use a system like this? Let me know.
