here's what it's like flying first class in Japan Airlines from Tokyo to New York you start at the first class check in counter you present your boarding pass and then you are LED to your own private check in area they sit you down and they handle everything every logistic is handled by them you do not have to lift a finger once everything is handled you are LED to your own private security area your own metal detector your own security agent once you have completed security you then head to the first class lounge where there is a private sushi counter an aviation museum and tons of food and drink I didn't spend long there though because I knew the main attraction was the flight itself the first class on Japan Airlines on the new A3 51,000 is magnificent 44 inch 4K TV massive sky suite this is one of the best if not the best seat in the sky you then settle in and then you basically select your food menu they have a western course and a Japanese course I opted for the Japanese course and then they pour you a glass of salon salon retails for over $1,000 a bottle this is the best champagne I have ever had in my life after you have your glass of salon they then prepare your dinner or lunch whatever would have you the food is amazing on Japan Airlines in first class absolutely some of the best food in the sky caviar multicourse Japanese menu was one of the best meals I've ever had on a plane and then you can order more food if you're still hungry like this pork wagyu sando which was absolutely incredible this is one of the best flights in the sky it cost over $16,000 if you pay cash for it I paid about 140,000 points and like $400 in taxes and fees and I'll send you exactly how I booked this flight and follow for more Japan content and to supercharge your points accumulation elevate your travel and let's work smarter not harder
