WE HAVE WONDERBREAD AT HOME😤 but seriously… you know you can make that right?! and trust me when i say it is soooo much easier than you think! YOU CAN DO THIS. soft, fluffy, melt in your mouth white bread. perfect for any sandwich (but especially pb&j😉) recipe is below and in more detail on my substack for free (link in bio!)💗 RECIPE Tangzhong 20g (2 1/2 tbsp) all-purpose flour 100g (~1/2 cup) water Dough 340g (about 2 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour 90g (about 6 tbsp) milk 60g (1/4 cup) water 25g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar 15g (about 2 tbsp) nonfat dry milk powder 7g (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast 7g (1 1/4 tsp) fine salt 30g (~2 tbsp) neutral oil (I used avocado oil!) bake in 8x4 loaf pan @ 350F for 28-35 minutes, until golden brown. try it out & lmk what you think!🫂 #baking #baker #bread #Recipe #breadbaking
