i'm back to make another giant croissant to prove AI can't take my job hey i can't make a giant croissant i can't do it i know it can't now yes i have made a giant croissant in the past we had two issues No. 1 oh my god needs to be bigger i want it even bigger big hole right in the middle this is my redemption arc okay book fold in over we're back for round two how did i get flour there... it is time for our final rollout typically i like to do three layers of lamination but because this is gonna be huge i'm only gonna do two so hopefully it'll prove a little bit easier and now we cut and shape our giant croissant my butter is melting because it's so hot in my old Chicago apartment here's our dough dough relax a little bit roll loosely i think last time i maybe rolled it too tight and that's also why the inside struggled to proof there is our giant croissant now our giant croissant baby has to go into the fridge and we will bake him off tomorrow and everybody pray he turns out perfect i'm feeling good things despite my butter not being ideal
