what is it with people always trying to explain other people's culture to them after they've misunderstood it because i saw this girl's afghan wedding and i'm not afghan myself but all it took was a few comments to understand that no her sister was not trying to seduce her husband that she dances with a sword and then he gives money to her it's not seductive it's not weird it's not incestual or when they're hating on her sister being like oh my god you're trying to take the spotlight away from her like i'm talking as a pakistani but you can't outshine the bride from the afghan wedding the bride looked insane okay first of all she's in white so i'm pretty sure you can tell her apart second of all her dress is the most extravagant gorgeous i've ever seen them two stood next to each other you're not going to get confused unless you're absolutely brain cell deficient on which one the bride is and i don't know about other cultures but it's like if you're the sister of course you're gonna have nice clothes of course you're gonna go all out and even you're all out will not match the brides all out what do non ethnic people not get about the fact that you can't outshine the bride no matter how hard you try unless you're wearing the exact same outfit dress hair you're not going to outshine her you don't need to worry and i'm not saying from an islamic standpoint whether it's right or wrong i'm just saying that's part of their culture
