One of my favourite things about white people at Indian weddings, Is that they're in awe the entire time. I'm literally at the lunch after my sister's Hindu wedding ceremony and uh, she married my brother in law who's Italian American and so there's a lot of white people here and for the past few days we've been having different events and people are just totally in awe and in shock the entire time. It is so entertaining and fascinating to see how white people respond to Indian culture. And I am not saying that there's any ill intention, it's all pure intention. Uh, But the entire time they're just like what is this? What is that? Can you explain this? They're like the music, the food, the culture. They're like we can never go back to like, like. Like, I don't know, American or. Or western, uh, uh, uh. Wedding ceremonies and like like all the conversations they're having with us they're like okay. So like I love that it's about two families coming together and like. Like like everything's interactive and the colours and it's just. As somebody who's in our culture and has been in our culture for my entire life, like obviously like I just sort of know these things and take for granted. But it. It really is cool to see how white people respond uh, to Indian culture and especially Indian weddings.
