TODAY’S MOVEMENT CAME STRAIGHT FROM MY YOUTUBE WORKOUT. ❤️💪 I’ve uploaded around 15–16 YouTube videos now, and I’m currently putting one out every day. Why? Because I want to keep showing up—and hopefully encourage you to show up with me. Whether you follow along here or do the full routine with me on YouTube, let’s keep that daily movement habit alive. You don’t have to smash yourself every day. Sometimes you just need to MOVE. Since making these Tai Chi-inspired movements part of my daily routine, I’ve personally experienced: ✅ My shoulder pain completely disappearing ✅ Better mobility & range of movement ✅ Less morning stiffness ✅ Better recovery from the gym ✅ More energy ✅ A calmer, more positive mindset ✅ Time to practise gratitude ✅ Time to visualise my goals and intentions ✅ A simple habit that keeps me showing up every day And that last one is massive. One solid habit can become the foundation for many more. JOIN ME 👇 Do each movement for 60 seconds: 1️⃣ Lymphatic Hops 2️⃣ Body Waves 3️⃣ Trunk Twists 4️⃣ Arm Swings 5️⃣ Dead Arms 6️⃣ Golf Swings 7️⃣ Marches 8️⃣ Ballet Squats 9️⃣ Horse Stance That’s 9 minutes. Go at your own pace, adapt where necessary and don’t force anything that hurts. 👇 Comment “DONE” if you joined in and tell me what day you’re on! 📤 Share this with someone who needs a simple daily movement habit. Show up here. Show up on YouTube. Most importantly, show up for yourself. ❤️💪
