If you have time to scroll social media, you have time to make a healthy meal. Priorities. Two to three tablespoons unsalted butter. Heat your pan. Medium low. Add the eggs. Constantly stir the eggs until they set. Happens really quick, one to two minutes. Eggs are the easiest thing you can make. You can eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're quick, easy, satisfying, and you can add them to many other dishes. Four day old croissants. Cut them in half. And you have to say it like that. It tastes better. You could use ham. Layer it on the base to protect the bottom. Or bacon. Put them into a 400 degree oven, 15 to 18 minutes until crispy. Top with the egg. Let the eggs cool before assembling the sandwiches. Top with your favorite cheese. Close them up. Now, wrap them up in parchment paper. You want to make sure you get everything in there nice and tight. Don't squish it. Like that. That took us maybe 15, 20 minutes. Into the freezer. When you're ready, take straight from the freezer into the microwave. One and a half to two minutes. On a plate. Come on. That was so easy. Let's cut it. Has a nice little crisp to it. Forget about it.
