Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan 🍅🧀🍗Recipe below & follow for more easy meal ideas! . This was SO GOOD and honestly one of the easiest dinners I’ve made! Crispy Parmesan-breaded chicken topped with marinara and melted mozzarella, with roasted potatoes and asparagus all made on ONE sheet pan. 🙌🏼 If you make anything from my page, you NEED to make this one! 🤤 . Ingredients: -1½ lbs thinly sliced chicken breast (4 pieces) -1 lb petite gold potatoes, quartered -Asparagus, washed and trimmed -1 tbsp olive oil -1 large egg, beaten -1 tbsp minced garlic -¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs, plus more if needed -⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan -Marinara sauce -8 oz fresh mozzarella ball, sliced (2 slices per chicken cutlet) -Salt & pepper, to taste -Garlic powder -Paprika -Italian seasoning -Olive oil . 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Add quartered potatoes to a sheet pan. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Toss to coat and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. 3. While the potatoes cook, add the chicken to a bowl. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and Italian seasoning. Add the beaten egg and mix well. 4. Add minced garlic, ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs, and ⅓ cup Parmesan. Mix everything together, pressing the breadcrumb mixture into the chicken. Add a little more breadcrumbs if needed until the chicken is well coated. 5. After the potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, remove the pan, toss the potatoes and add the chicken to the sheet pan and pat chicken with the leftover breadcrumbs on the bottom of the bowl. Bake for another 15 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven. Add asparagus to the pan, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Flip each chicken cutlet. 7. Spoon a few spoonfuls of marinara sauce over each chicken cutlet and top each with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella. 8. Return to the oven for 13–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the cheese is melted. 9. Broil on high for 1–2 minutes for extra browning and crispy potatoes, watching closely. 10. Top with fresh basil if desired, serve and enjoy! 🤗 . #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #foodtiktok #Foodie #fyp @Rao’s Homemade
