My most asked question answered

I think it's time I disclose where I was working. I didn't sign anything. I can say whatever the hell I want. It's a place that everybody knows. For sure. More than likely you've been there, needed them for something. I started right out of college, which is pretty typical for this program. I was a management trainee, um, at Enterprise. As you all know, like pick, pick me up, Enterprise rent a car. A lot of people out of college, you actually have to have a college degree to work there and then kind of work your way up to, um, management because that's when you start making money and commission and things like that. Moved up, became an area manager. I had, I think seven or eight locations that I was overseeing in the Charleston market. And I had all the perks. I had a company car, I had a gas card, they paid for my phone, um, and a stipend because I was using it to manage, you know, my team. You know, at one point I think I had six employees that I was overseeing. And finally decided I needed to change because I've been in the rental, um, for over 16 years. And instead of quitting because I was too afraid to leave the company all together, I pivoted over to, um, our fleet division. Our fleet division works with commercial companies as well as government entities. And I helped manage their fleet. Was their account manager essentially. I had a hybrid position where sometimes I was in office, but a lot of times I was on the road. Again, I had a company car because I was driving, I mean, I had some clients that were three, four hours away. So I would drive three hours, have an hour meeting, get back in my car and drive home. And that, honestly, was probably my least favorite thing. I was driving so, so much. Here to like bash the company what so ever, but I think it's come up a lot, everyone's had to use them for either an accident and had to get a rental car or they went on vacation. Um, but I spent the majority of my time on the rental side. I tell you right now, the rental side has its own reality TV show because the stuff that I have seen in that amount of time, it's kind of insane. So, um, tea, giving y'all some tea this morning because I feel like it gets my most asked question and now it just doesn't even matter.
