I'm two weeks in, guys. Two weeks in and having a lot of thoughts for someone who just got out of corporate America after 20 years. I am going to remind you, it is a very transactional relationship and that's how it should stay. You're gonna do the job, they're gonna pay you. That's. That's it. Their job is to have you climb this ladder. And they do that by building these cultures where we're a family. We have happy hours. We do outings. We really wanna meet your spouse, your kids, your dog. No. No. Because it's all fake. This we're a family culture bullshit that they do is just that. That is to keep you in the matrix, this bubble of corporate America. They do not care about you, which I don't expect them to. I wanna do my job, get paid and move on, right? Know those things as you're going to work every single day, sacrificing your time away from your family and your kids and whatever else is important to you. Know that as you do your job because they will replace you in a matter of a day or two. Don't let it emotionally and mentally drain you because they'll just find someone else.
