Nobody makes ground beef like this. Roll the ground meat over garlic cloves. Cut it into portions, shape each one into a cup, press an indentation in the center. Fill every cup with diced mozzarella, then steam them for 10 minutes so they stay juicy and tender. While they steam, soak sliced onion in hot water for 5 minutes. Cut it into thin rings and spread across a baking tray. Add thinly sliced potatoes, then season with salt and black pepper. Finally, chop a few tomatoes and mix them with grated mozzarella. Sauté sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden. Then add them to the mixture. Stir in mayonnaise and salt and pepper until everything is well combined. Now comes the part that makes these meat nests look completely different. Spread the mixture over the potatoes and place the meat nests on top. Separate the egg yolks and drop one into the center of each nest, then finish with Parmesan. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbling. The final result looks absolutely insane.
