Barclays staff are NOT HAPPY with the bank’s return-to-office plans. Thousands of employees have signed an open letter opposing plans that will make it mandatory for most staff to be in the office three days a week. The company has acknowledged that most staff already come in three or more days a week... So the question remains: why are they making it mandatory?
