Why doesn't Dutch Crunch bread exist on the East Coast? We live in New York, and we're currently in California, road tripping up from LA. To, uh, Carmel. And, um, we're in Santa Barbara having these incredible sandwiches. Where's this from? Mission. Mission City. Mission. Mission City Sandwich Shop. Yeah. And we're having Dutch crunch bread, um, and, uh, we've had it many times before. It's very popular in Norcal. Um, but I. I was just saying to Elissa, like, why doesn't this exist on the East Coast? Like, you know, in New York, for example, like, bagels, pizza, everyone attributes it to the water. Right? But, like, what about this can't be made on the East Coast? And it's delicious. Like, if you have never had Dutch crunch bread, it's kind of sweet. The texture of it is, like, kinda like, soft and, like, chewy, but like, uh, almost like a little, like, mochi, like. Right, right. Like a little. Like a little hard on the outside, but, like, kinda mo. It's still. It's delicious. Absolutely delicious. Um, but bring it to the East Coast. Yeah. What are we doing? Yeah.
