The moment you realize Cackle’s Academy from The Worst Witch is actually a Victorian billionaire’s fantasy playground... built on top of genuine 13th-century ruins 🏰🧹 The 3rd Marquess of Bute had infinite wealth and a passion for medievalism, creating one of the most incredible gothic revival sites in Britain. Did you spot Castell Coch on TV first, or did you learn about it through Welsh history? Drop a comment below! 👇 #CastellCoch #WelshHistory #HistoryTok #castlesofwales #jayceecharles
