I'm about to say something that might give me in trouble. Give me a buffalo rib over a piece of catfish any day. And if you've never had buffalo ribs before, baby, today I'm putting you on. Let's have a fish fry. First things first, clean your fish really well. And for everybody wondering what a buffalo rib is, this is what they look like. You already know my binder's are mustard and hot sauce. Get everything coated, then season it up. I'm using onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, my new favorite Gator Dust and a little lemon pepper. Don't go crazy with the salt on your fish because we're also gonna be using a seasoned fish fry. Coat your fish really well and let it rest before frying. Get your canola oil to 350 degrees and fry in batches. Mine took 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and cooked through. And while that was frying, I whipped up my potato salad. Elite potato salad. Now tell me, have you had buffalo ribs before, or is this your first time even hearing about them? And y'all want that potato salad recipe or nah? Just look at this fish. Crispy outside, but when you crack one open, flaky, tender and meaty. And that catfish came out perfect too. Plated it up with the potato salad, ketchup and hot sauce. That's a fish fry.
