Ticket comes in as "my computer is broken." That is not a symptom, that is a starting point. Questioning the user gets you somewhere: files and wallpaper gone after an overnight restart. Her account is enabled, her old profile folder is still sitting on the drive with 42 GB in it, the same login works fine on a spare PC, antivirus is clean, and the disk passes chkdsk.
