School dinner series - episode 10 - Cheese Swirls I didn’t remember these until my inbox was flooded and now I know why!! That first bite took me straight back. 1 large potato like a jacket potato size 2 eggs 1 cup of mature cheddar 1 small onion Salt and pepper Ready to roll Puff pastry Peel, cut and boil potato Whilst it’s boiling sauté your onion Put the potato through a ricer or mash until smooth and add the onion to the mash along with the cheese and egg. Mix until combined. Roll out your pastry, distribute the potato & cheese mixture evenly over the pastry Roll it up, cut into discs and egg wash Bake on 180 for around 30 minutes or until golden - - - #fyp #schooldinners #schoolfood #schoollunch #schoolmeals
