the pretzel sourdough experiment, take one 🥨 gave this one a baking soda bath to get that classic pretzel crust, but turned out lighter in colour than i expected, probably could've let it sit in the bath a bit longer for that deeper pretzel brown. also needs pretzel salt on top for the extra oomph. but the dough itself turned out great, especially considering how much jalapeño and cheddar i crammed in there 😂 comment if you also always end up wishing you'd done "just one more thing" differently 🥲 #bakewithmii #sourdoughbread #sourdoughinclusions #sourdoughbaking #jalapenocheddar
