DAY 4 OF 10 DAYS OF BALLS Biscoff Cookie Butter Balls Because apparently we’re making our balls fancy today. 😂 🛒 INGREDIENTS • 1 package (8.8 oz) Biscoff cookies • 4 oz cream cheese, softened • 1–3 heaping spoonfuls Biscoff cookie butter • A splash of vanilla • Vanilla almond bark, for dipping • Coconut oil, optional • Extra cookie butter, for drizzling 👩🍳 DIRECTIONS 1. Pulverize those cookies. Add the Biscoff cookies to a food processor and pulse until they’re finely crushed. 2. Make the ball mixture. Add the softened cream cheese, a splash of vanilla, and 1–3 heaping spoonfuls of cookie butter. Mix everything together by hand until it forms a thick, dough-like mixture. 3. Roll those balls! Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Stick a toothpick into each ball and pop them into the freezer for 30 minutes. 4. Dip ’em. Melt the vanilla almond bark according to the package directions. Add a little coconut oil if you want a smoother, thinner coating. Dip each frozen ball into the melted almond bark, then place it back onto the parchment paper. 5. Make them fancy. ✨ Once the almond bark has hardened, remove the toothpicks. Melt a little extra cookie butter and drizzle it over the tops. 6. One last chill. Return the balls to the freezer for 10 minutes to set the drizzle. ❄️ STORAGE These are best kept refrigerated in an airtight container. 🍪 THE RESULT Creamy, crunchy, sweet Biscoff cookie butter goodness wrapped up into one very fancy little ball. #recipes #EasyRecipe #recipesoftiktok #yummy #dessert
