Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
Also, number one, beware the free lunch. Just like the 48 Laws of Power says. What I mean by that is as soon as you get your license, you are going to be solicited to, just like somebody who just had a baby or when you hit like your 55th birthday. There are people who are targeting you at all times. They're either going to try to sell you leads or they're going to try to recruit you. And if somebody tries to give you free advice or free mentorship, nine times out of ten, they they they want you on their team. Not me though, I know how to recruit. I got my own recruiting company, but I mean, it is what it is. Number two, on the same vein, free leads. Stay away from them. If you even work for a company that the leads are free, there is always a cost. For example, there's a company that I know about, no, not a wear can income, even though they kind of count. There's a company that I know about that will give people free leads, they'll book the appointments in, everything for you. In exchange, your comp is it's it's terrible. There's always a cost, is my point. Third thing, never give up. A lot of new agents give up right before their blessing gets to them. I'm not trying to preach or nothing like that, but I see it all the time. I see agents practice and try and then get super close, or they start writing business and then they fall off because right before they picked up any momentum, they gave up on themselves. It's it's actually one of the saddest things in this business that I see. So don't give up. Number four, trust the process. Even if you work for some of these shady companies, some of these shady IMOs or whatever, you can make good money, especially if you're doing your best, leading with the right intention and really trying to help people. It's very rewarding, it's monetarily, financially, I mean, it's very rewarding financially as well as like spiritually, emotionally, helping other people and helping your family at the same time. Um, if you trust the process that is being taught to you, if you have good enough leadership, which this industry has a very big lack of. Um, if you have good leadership and good training and you trust the process and you do the things that you're taught the right way, you're going to make really good money and impact people's lives in the best way you can. And the next bit of advice that I'm going to give you, I don't know if it's number five or number six, I I lost count, is keep track of your client's records and follow up with them every year or so. You never know what the future is going to hold. You never know if whatever company you work for is going to gain new carriers. You don't know if you're working for a brand new insurance company and they're going to go out of business. You never know what's going to happen. You may decide to change carriers or change companies. A lot of these companies are going to do everything they can to keep your book of business. You need to keep good records of your book of business so you can retain your clients. Uh, because, I mean, it's just smart. So, that's a lot of advice. Good luck to you out there. Uh, make it happen.
