So I'm not only a Salesforce admin, I have multiple certifications, three of them. I've never had a job title that was anything remotely like Salesforce admin. And I think the challenge is if you're 22 years old and you come out of school and you get that Salesforce admin cert and job title, you have a fork in the road that you need to decide to go down. And many folks decide to go down that technical fork and they become eventually a solution architect or a technical architect. And I've hired many of these people, I'm friends with even more of them, and they inevitably end up doing these million dollar implementations for Fortune 500 companies and that's a great career path. But when you're sitting down with a bunch of stakeholders that are 6 layers removed from the executive team, you're so deep in the weeds that you're not learning like okay how do we help salespeople sell more, how do we help marketing generate more meetings with people that want to talk to our sales team. And I think that if you are that Salesforce admin that's, you know, whatever age you are and you want to take that next step, then you simply need to start investing time to understand those things which Joel I know you're going to start sharing how you've done that yourself.
